The hotel has a great location by the beach and is conveniently close to everything. The rooms were only partially cleaned and had a thermostat issue, but they offered a separate balcony. The staff were unaccommodating and lazy, but some team members cared about resolving issues. The dining experience included many items but came with expensive prices. Overall, a mixed experience with room for improvement.
